Recipe of the Week - Smokey Great Northern Beans

Ingredients

  • 3-15 oz cans - Great Northern Beans
  • 5 oz - Evaporated Milk Or Cream
  • 3/4 cup - Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbs - Liquid Smoke
  • 3/4 tsp - Salt
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper
  • 1/4 cup - Chopped Onion

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Bake at 300˚ F for 2 hours.

These are a big hit at a potluck!
