    Ingredients 6 medium Red Potatoes - halved and thinly sliced 1 small Onion - halved and thinly sliced 1/2 cup Butter - melted 1/2 tsp. crushed Rep Pepper Flakes Salt - to taste 1 tsp. coarse Black Pepper Directions Arrange potatoes and onion in ungreased 9"x9" pan.
