    Ingredients 3 chicken breasts-cooked and diced 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese-cubed 1 (15 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken 1 sm. can chopped green chilies tortilla chips for dipping DirectionsPlace Velveeta cubes, Ro-Tel tomatoes, green chilies and soup in microwave safe bowl.  Microwave on high for 2 minutes.  Stir.  Continue to heat, stirring every minute until smooth and creamy.  Fold in chicken pieces.  Serve with warm tortilla chips.  M-m-m-m!...

    Ingredients 2 cups flour 2 tbs. sugar 1 tbs. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. mustard 1 egg (slightly beaten) 1 cup milk 1/3 cup margarine (melted) 3/4 cup cooked sausage 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese DirectionsCombine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and mustard.  Combine egg, milk and butter, stir into dry ingredients, just until moistened.  Fold in sausage and cheese.  Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.  Bake @ 400* for 20-25 minutes....

    Ingredients 4 cups Cooked Chicken 1 lb. Velveeta (cubed) 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup 1 can Rotel Tomatoes 1 cup Chopped Onion 1/4 tsp. Pepper 1 (14 oz.)
