Recipe of the Week: Cowboy Beans

- 1-lb. hamburger
- 1-lb. sausage
- 1-c. chopped onion
- 2-(15oz.) can Ranch Style beans or Shurefine Chili-etts
- 1-(15 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1-(14oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1-(18oz.) jar Head Country barbecue sauce
- 1-lb.bacon,fried and crumbled
- 1-lb.smoked sausage,sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Fry hamburger,sausage,and onion together. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer over low heat 1-2 hours.
THIS IS A MEAL IN ITSELF! WONDERFUL WITH CORNBREAD!
