Recipe Of The Week - Crockpot Mexican Chicken

4 - large Chicken Breasts
1 - 16 oz World Classic Black Bean & Corn Salsa
1 - 15 oz can Black Beans
1 - 16 oz pkg Frozen Corn
1/2 - Red Pepper chopped (optional)
1/2 - Green Pepper chopped (optional)
1 - medium Onion chopped (optional)
Salt & Pepper To Taste.

Put chicken in crock pot. Pour remaining ingredients over the chicken & cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.

You can shred the chicken and serve in flour or corn tortillas if desired.
