Recipe Of The Week - Southwest Salad

1.5 lb - Hamburger Meat, cooked
1/4 cup - Onion, chopped
1 Tbl - Williams Chili Seasoning
1 tsp - Cumin
1 - 10 oz can - Mexi Corn
1 - 15 oz can - Black Beans
1 - small Head of Lettuce, shredded
2 Tbl - Red Onion, diced (optional)
16 oz - Montery Jack Cheese, shredded
1 pkg - "Fresh Gourmet" Santa Fe Style Tortilla Strips (found in Produce Dept.)
Hidden Valley Ranch " Farmhouse Originals" Southwest Chipotle

Cook hamburger meat with onion. Add next four ingredients. Keep warm till serving time.
Assemble on each plate: Lettuce, Meat mixture, (optional) Red Onion, Cheese, Tortilla Strips, Southwest Chipotle Dressing.
