Recipe Of The Week - Honey Pleasin' Biscuits

1 cup - Flour
1/4 tsp. - Cream of Tartar
1 tbsp. - Sugar
1/4 tsp. - Salt
2 tsp. - Baking Powder
1/4 cup - Real Butter
1/2 cup - Buttermilk
1 - Egg, slightly beaten 

Directions:
In large bowl, mix flour, cream of tartar, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Cut in butter until mixture resembles cornmeal. Gradually add milk, stirring to moisten. Add egg and mix well. Roll out to 1/2" thickness. Cut with floured biscuit cutter. Bake @ 375° for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown.

Servings: Makes 6 biscuits

Perfect for breakfast or with soup!
