Recipe Of The Week - Chocolate Sheath Cake

Chocolate Sheeth Cake

2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Oleo
1/2 Cup Shortening
4 Tbs. Cocoa
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cuap Buttermilk
2 Eggs, Slightly Beaten
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla

Combine oleo, shortening, cocoa and wter in microwavable bowl.  Cook on high until mixture comes to a rapid boil.  In larege bowl, combine sugar and flour.  Pour liquid over and mix well.  Add remaining ingredents and mix thoroughly.  Pour into a greased 15" x 10" pan.  Bake @ 4000˚ for 20 minutes.  When Cake is done frost with frosting while still warm.

Frosting:
1/2 Cup Oleo
4 Tbs. Cocoa
6 Tbs. Milk
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Chopped Pecans (Optional)

In microwave bowl combine all ingredents except powdered sugar.  Bring to a boil.  Add Powdered Sugar.  Spread on Cake. - MMMMM!
