Recipe Of The Week - Southwest Lettuce Salad

3 cups - Iceberg Lettuce, cut into bite size pieces
1 - 11 oz can - Green Giant Mexicorn
1 1/2 cups - Black Beans, rinsed & drained
1/4 cup - chopped Red Onion, optional
1 cup - shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg - Fresh Gourmet Sante Fe Style Tortilla Strips
1 - 16 oz - Hidden Valley Ranch Farmhouse Originals - Southwest Chipotle Dressing, optional amount

Assemble all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and enjoy! May make ahead of time and add tortilla strips and dressing right before serving.
