Recipe Of The Week - Poppy Seed Chicken

Poppy Seed Chicken

4 Cups Cooked, Diced Chicken
2 - 10.5 oz Cans Cream of Chicken
16 oz Sour Cream
1 Tbs. Poppy Seed
Salt & Pepper To Taste

Combine all ingredents in bowl and put in 9"X13" Pan.  

2 Sleeves Ritz Crackers - Crushed
1/2 Cup Oleo - Melted
1 Tbs. Poppy Seed

Combine and put on top of chicken mixture.  Bake at 325˚ for 30 minutes.
