Company Vegetable Casserole

1-16 oz Pkg Mixed Vegetables
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Oleo
2 Sleeves Ritz Crackers - Crushed

Cook Vegetables until tender.  Put in 9"X13" pan.  Mix next cheese, onion and mayonnaise.  Spreead over vegetables.  Mix oleo and crackers.  Sprinkle over top.  Bake 30 minutes at 350˚.

A great addition to Easter lunch!
