Recipe of the Week - Spicy Sloppy Joes

2 lbs - Ground Beef
1/2 cup - Brown Sugar
1 Tbs - Mustard
1 cup - Ketchup
1/2 cup - Salsa (your preference)
1 Tbs - Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Pepper
1/2 cup - Chopped Onion
Brown meat in skillet. Add rest of ingredients. Let simmer 10 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns - Whole Wheat are Great! Add pickles, chips and fresh fruit and you have a really quick, delicious meal!
