Recipe of the Week - Chicken Wraps

Chicken Wraps Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts - cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup Margarine - melted
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies - crushed
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • Tortillas
  • Optional Toppings: Fried Bacon Strips, Grated Cheese, Shredded Lettuce, Red Onion Slices, Banana Peppers, Cucumbers, Ranch, Southwest Chipotle Ranch, Italian Dressing, Mayo - anything you would like on a chicken wrap!

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil.
  3. Combine margarine and honey in a small bowl.
  4. Crush Rice Krispies in a large plastic bag.
  5. Add flour.
  6. Dip chicken in margarine mixture and put in bag.
  7. Close bag and shake well.
  8. Place chicken in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

To make wraps, place chicken and anything else you want - very yummy!!
