Recipe of the Week - Chicken Wraps

Chicken Wraps Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts - cut into strips
- 1/2 cup Margarine - melted
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 cups Rice Krispies - crushed
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Tortillas
- Optional Toppings: Fried Bacon Strips, Grated Cheese, Shredded Lettuce, Red Onion Slices, Banana Peppers, Cucumbers, Ranch, Southwest Chipotle Ranch, Italian Dressing, Mayo - anything you would like on a chicken wrap!
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a cookie sheet with tin foil.
- Combine margarine and honey in a small bowl.
- Crush Rice Krispies in a large plastic bag.
- Add flour.
- Dip chicken in margarine mixture and put in bag.
- Close bag and shake well.
- Place chicken in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
To make wraps, place chicken and anything else you want - very yummy!!
