Recipe Of The Week: Yummy Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 Bunches Broccoli - Cut in Bite-Size Pieces
  • 2 Cups Bacon Bits
  • 1 Cup Raisins
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Vinegar
Directions:
  1. Combine 1st 6 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Stir remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour over broccoli mixture, mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
