Recipe Of The Week: Frozen Mocha Cheescake

Frozen Cheese Cake Crust Ingredients:

  • 24 Striped Shortbread Cookies - Crushed
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Butter - Melted
Frozen Cheesecake Crust Directions:
  1. Mix together cookies, sugar and butter.
  2. Press into 9x13 pan.

Frozen Cheesecake Filling Ingredients:

  • 1 - 8 oz package Cream Cheese
  • 1 - 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2/3 cup Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 1/2 T Instant Coffee
  • 1 tsp Hot Water
  • 1 - 8 oz Cool Whip

Directions:

  1. Mix together cream cheese, condensed milk and chocolate syrup.
  2. Dissolve coffee in water.
  3. Add coffee to cream cheese mixture.
  4. Stir in 3/4 of cool whip.
  5. Pour over crust.
  6. Top with remaining cool whip.
  7. Garnish with chocolate curls.
  8. Freeze 6 hours before serving.
