Recipe Of The Week: Frozen Mocha Cheescake

Frozen Cheese Cake Crust Ingredients:
- 24 Striped Shortbread Cookies - Crushed
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Butter - Melted
Frozen Cheesecake Crust Directions:
- Mix together cookies, sugar and butter.
- Press into 9x13 pan.
Frozen Cheesecake Filling Ingredients:
- 1 - 8 oz package Cream Cheese
- 1 - 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2/3 cup Chocolate Syrup
- 1 1/2 T Instant Coffee
- 1 tsp Hot Water
- 1 - 8 oz Cool Whip
Directions:
- Mix together cream cheese, condensed milk and chocolate syrup.
- Dissolve coffee in water.
- Add coffee to cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in 3/4 of cool whip.
- Pour over crust.
- Top with remaining cool whip.
- Garnish with chocolate curls.
- Freeze 6 hours before serving.
