Recipe Of The Week: 1 Hour Yeast Rolls

Ingredients:
- 4 - 1/2 cups Bread Flour
- 2 Tbsp Instant Yeast
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Milk (scalded)
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 3/4 cup Water (cool)
- 1 tsp Salt
Directions:
- Put 2 cups flour in large mixing bowl, add yeast and sugar. Mix together.
- Combine milk, oil, water and salt.
- Add to flour mixture and mix well.
- Stir in remaining flour.
- Let rest 10 minutes.
- Shape into rolls or cinnamon rolls.
- Allow to rise 30 minutes.
- Bake @ 350° for 20-25 minutes.
