Recipe Of The Week: 1 Hour Yeast Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 4 - 1/2 cups Bread Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Instant Yeast
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk (scalded)
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 3/4 cup Water (cool)
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions:

  1. Put 2 cups flour in large mixing bowl, add yeast and sugar. Mix together.
  2. Combine milk, oil, water and salt.
  3. Add to flour mixture and mix well.
  4. Stir in remaining flour.
  5. Let rest 10 minutes.
  6. Shape into rolls or cinnamon rolls.
  7. Allow to rise 30 minutes.
  8. Bake @ 350° for 20-25 minutes.
