Recipe Of The Week - Easy Steak Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Stew Meat
  • 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 cans (10 3/4) Cream of Chicken
  • 1 can Water
  • 5 Carrots, peeled and diced
  • 5 Potatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in large casserole baking dish. Bake at 350° for 2 hrs.
