Recipe of the Week - Crispy Baked Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts - Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
- 2/3 Cup Margarine - Melted
- 2 Cups Rice Krispies - Crushed
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
Directions:
In plastic bag, combine rice krispies and flour. Dip chicken in margarine and add to rice krispies/flour mixture. Place in a tin foil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 23-30 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken is nice and brown. This is simple, quick and kids love them dipped in ranch!
