Recipe of the Week - Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 5 lb. Potatoes
- 2 - 3 oz. packages Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tsp. Onion Salt
- 1/4 Tsp. Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
Directions:
Cook peeled potatoes in boiling, salted water and drain. Mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Put in 9x13 casserole dish and dot with butter. Cover with foil. Put in refrigerator until ready to bake. May be kept up to 2 weeks! To serve bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
