Recipe of the Week - Party BBQ Meat Balls

Ingredients:
Meatballs
- 3 lbs Lean Hamburger Meat
- 1 - 12 oz Can Evaporated Milk
- 2 Cups Oatmeal
- 1 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Eggs
Sauce
- 2 Cups Ketchup
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 Cup Minced Onions
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Use small cookie scoop to make balls for appetizers, or use a large scoop if preparing for a meal. Drop on foil lined pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Put in 9" x 13" pan or crockpot. Prepare sauce and pour over meat balls. Bake in oven for an additional 30 minutes or in a crockpot on low for 2-3 hours.
