Fried Apples

INGREDIENTS

• 6-8 Apples, Peeled and Sliced
• 2 tbs Butter
• 1 cup Water
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 tbs Cornstarch
• 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon or 3/4 Cup Red Hots 

DIRECTIONS

1. Place apples in 9 x 13 inch pan
2. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon or red hots
3. Sprinkle over apples
4. Pour water over all and pat with butter
5. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes
6. Stir after 15 minutes
