Cheesy Vegetable Chowder

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Onion -chopped
1 1/2 Cup - Celery sliced
1 1/2 Cup - Carrots Sliced
1 1/2 Cup Cubed Potatoes
3 Cubes Chicken Bullion
3 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Margarine
1/2 Cup Flour
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp.pepper
3 12 Cups Milk
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
2 Cups Cubed Ham

Directions:

In a large kettle combine first six ingredients, cook until vegetables are tender (do not drain).

In another saucepan, melt margarine, add flour, salt pepper and milk. Stir and cook until thick. Add Velveeta and stir until melted.

Add ham and cheese sauce to vegetables. Heat, but do not boil - it scorches easily. You can keep warm in a crock pot.
