Recipe of the Week - Sour Cream Ranch Potatoes

Sour Cream Ranch Potatoes
Delicious and goes well with any meat you make! 

Ingredients

• 9-10 Cubed Red Potatoes (no need to peel)
• Montreal Steak Seasoning - to taste
• 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 8 oz Sour Cream
• 1/2 cup Whipping Cream
• 1 Envelope Ranch Dressing Mix
• 1/2 cup Margarine - softened
• 1 small can French Fried Onions (Large can if you like lots!)

Directions

1. Mix first 3 ingredients in a greased 9" x 13" pan
2. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes
3. Beat all remaining ingredients except the French Fried Onions
4. Spread mixture over the baked potatoes
5. Top with French Fried Onions
6. Bake for another 5 minutes
