Mom's Carrot Cake
Ingredients
• 2 Cups Sugar
• 1 1/4 Cup Oil
• 4 Eggs
• 2 Cups Flour
• 1 Tsp. Salt
• 2 Tsp. Baking Soda
• 3 1/2 Cups Grated Carrots
Directions
1. Cream the Oil and Sugar until smooth
2. Add Eggs and beat until fuffy
3. Add remaining Ingredients
4. Bake in 3 Layer Pans or Jelly Roll Pan
5. 350 Degrees: Bake for 35-40 minutes.
