Russian Bierox Casserole
Ingredients:
2 cans Crescent Rolls
1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
1/4 cup Chopped Onion
2 1/2 cups Shredded Cabbage
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion. Add cabbage and simmer until it is tender. Add soups, mix well. Grease a 9"x13" pan. Line with half of the rolls. Spoon meat mixture over all and sprinkle cheese over. Cover with remaining rolls and seal. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. If you like Russian Bierox, this is a super way to get the flavor with out all of the work!
