Recipe of the Week- Razz-Ma Tazz Bars

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Butter

2 cups White Chocolate Chips- Divided

2 Eggs

1/2 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Flour

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Almond Extract

1/2 cup Raspberry or Strawberry Jam

1/4 cup Sliced Almonds

Optional Glaze:

3/4 cup Powdered Sugar

1/4 tsp. Butter Flavoring

1/2 tsp. Almond Flavoring

1/2 tsp. Vanilla

2 tbs. Water

2 tbs. Lemon Juice

Directions:

Melt butter in microwave for 1 minute. Add 1 cup white chocolate chips. Let stand without stirring. In bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar and beat for 1 minute on high speed. Stir in butter, chocolate chips, flour, salt, and extracts. Spread 2/3 of mixture in greased and sugared 9"x9" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-17 minutes and until golden brown around edges. Spread jam on warm crust. Stir remaing chocolate chips into remaining batter. Dollop over jam and sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 25 minutes. Mix glaze ingredients and spread on warm bars.

These are rich and moist bars!
