Recipe of the Week - Cheesy Red Potatoes

Ingredients:

3 1/2 lb. Red Potatoes (Unpeeled and Diced)

1 tbsp. Melted Butter

1 tbsp. Bacon Grease

1/4 cup Chopped Onion

1 tsp. Coarse Ground Pepper

1/2 cup Fried Bacon Pieces

1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

 

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients (except bacon and cheese)

2. Place in a 9 x 13 inch, greased pan

3. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes

4. Remove from oven, top with bacon and cheese

5. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes

 

These are really good with any Bar-B-Que Meats!
