Recipe of the Week - Squash Pattiies

Ingredients:
2 Cups Grated Squash
2 Cups Grated Onion
1/2 Tsp Salt and Black Pepper to taste
2 Eggs, Beaten
1/4 Cup Plus 2 tbs. Flour Butter for Frying.  

Direcitons: 

Mix the squash, onion, sugar, salt and pepper together and let stand 30 minutes. Drain, then add eggs and flour. Make into patties and fry in butter.
