Recipe of the Week- Peach Pizza

Ingredients:

Crust:

2 cups flour

1 cup butter flavored crisco

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup ice water

Filling:

4 cups sliced peaches

1 1/2 cup sugar

3 tbs flour

 

Directions:

Crust: Place flour and salt in mixing bowl cut half of crisco in to the size of peas. Cut remaining crisco in to the size of pinto beans. Add water. Mix just until dough is moistened all the way through. Roll out to a 13" circle on an area liberally sprinkled with flour. Fold in half and place in 12" pizza pan unfold carefully. Crimp edges.

Filling: Mix and spread on crust topping: 1 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup butter mix flour and sugar. Cut in butter. Sprinkle on top of peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until nicely browned. Serve warm with ice cream!
