Recipe of the Week - Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • (4) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 12 oz package of Spaghetti
  • (2) 11.5 oz can Cream of Chicken
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup Broth
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 3/4 lb Velveeta Cheese

Directions

  1. Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces
  2. Cook the spaghetti in broth from chicken
  3. Sautee onions, celery, and green pepper in butter
  4. Add remaining ingredients
  5. Heat through and serve

This can be frozen, thawed and reheated!
