Recipe of the Week - Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- (4) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 12 oz package of Spaghetti
- (2) 11.5 oz can Cream of Chicken
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Broth
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup Chopped Green Pepper
- 3/4 lb Velveeta Cheese
Directions
- Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces
- Cook the spaghetti in broth from chicken
- Sautee onions, celery, and green pepper in butter
- Add remaining ingredients
- Heat through and serve
This can be frozen, thawed and reheated!
