Recipe of the Week - Overnight Carmel French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Oleo
  • 2 tbsp. Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 6 slices of Texas Toast

Directions

Bring brown sugar, oleo and corn syrup to a boil in small sauce pan. Pour in greased 9"X13" pan. Combine sugar and 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon. Sprinkle over bread.

Beat eggs, milk, vanilla and remaining cinnamon. Pour over bread. Cover and chill overnight. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes @ 350°.
