Recipe of the Week - Carmel Mocha Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 2 tbs Instant Coffee Granules
  • 1 16oz Jar Carmel Topping
  • 1 14oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 8oz Cool Whip
  • 1 tbs Instant Coffee Granules
  • Chocolate Syrup

Directions

Mix cake according to directions. Add 2 tbs. Coffee Granules. Pour into a 9"X13" pan and bake @ 350°. Cool cake for 15 minutes, then poke cake with wooden spoon handle every 1/2". Pour sweeted condensed milk over cake and let stand until absorbed. Pour carmel topping over all. Carefully mix 1 tbs. Coffee Granules into Cool Whip. Spread on top of cake and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
