Recipe Of The Week - Mexican Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients
- 3 Cups Crushed Corn Flakes
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 Gallon Ice Cream
- Syrup:
- 1 1/3 Cups Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 2/3 Cup White Corn Syrup
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 5 oz Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 Cup Vanilla
- 1 Tbs Margarine
Directions
Mix Together Cornflakes, Brown Sugar, 2 tsp Cinnamon and 1/4 Cup Margarine. Place 2/3 Cup mixture in 9"x13" pan. Carefull spread Ice Cream on top then top with remaining crumbs. Freeze. To make Sauce, mix Sugar, Water and Corn Syrup in sauce pan. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. Cinnamona, Evaporated Milk, Vanilla and 1 Tbs Margarine. Serve Sauce Warm.
