Recipe Of The Week - Creamy Chicken And Rice

Ingredients
- 4 Cups Cooked Rice
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 2 Cups Milk
- 2 Cubes Chicken Bouilon
- 1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 5 Cups Cubed Cooked Chicken
- 12 oz. Velveeta Cheese
- 2 Cups Sour Cream
- 2 Ritz Crackers
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
Directions
Spread rice in a greased 9"x13" pan. Melt 1/2 cup butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, add pepper. Cook 2 minutes or until thick. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add chicken and sour cream. Pour over rice. Toss Melted butter and crackers together and spread on top of chicken. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
