Recipe of the Week - Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Cornmeal
- 1/2 Cup Floor
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Corn (Canned or Frozen)
- 8 oz. Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Salsa
- 1/3 Cup Chopped Onions
- 1 Cup Grated Cheese (Optional)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining Ingredients in order given. Mix well. Put in 9"X13" Pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
