Recipe of the Week - Cream Filled Pumpkin Cookie

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Pumplkin
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Oil
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda IN
- 1 tsp. Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Filling
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 2 tbs. Butter
- 2 cups Powder Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese. Add powder sugar and Vanilla and set aside. Combine pumpkin, egg, oil and sugar. Add baking powder, flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda in, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Bake @ 350° for 8-10 minutes. Cool and spread filling between two cookies.
