Recipe of the Week - Company Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 32 oz. Pkg. Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 1/4 Cup Grated Cheese
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise 
  • 2 Pkg. Ritz Crackers - Crushed
  • 1/2 Cup Butter - Melted

Directions

Cook vegetables just until tender, put in 9"x13" casserole pan. Mix cheese, onions and mayonnaise. Spread on top of vegetables. Mix crackers and butter. Sprinkle over all. Bake @ 350° for 30 minutes. Great addition to Thanksgiving dinner!
