Recipe of the Week - Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cooked Chicken, chopped (Reserve Broth)
  • 1-12 oz package Cooked Spaghetti
  • 1-10 oz can Cream of Chicken
  • 1-10 oz can Cream of Mushroom
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green Pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 lb Velveeta cheese

Directions

Cook spaghetti in chicken broth, adding more water if necessary. Sauté onion, celery and green pepper in butter in a large skillet. Add chicken, cooked spaghetti, soups, cheese and seasonings. Heat thoroughly.
