Recipe of the Week - Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 4 cups Cooked Chicken, chopped (Reserve Broth)
- 1-12 oz package Cooked Spaghetti
- 1-10 oz can Cream of Chicken
- 1-10 oz can Cream of Mushroom
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Green Pepper, chopped
- 3/4 lb Velveeta cheese
Directions
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth, adding more water if necessary. Sauté onion, celery and green pepper in butter in a large skillet. Add chicken, cooked spaghetti, soups, cheese and seasonings. Heat thoroughly.
