Recipe of the Week - Melting Moments

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups and 3 tbs powdered sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
 
Glaze:  
Combine 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/3 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla. Set aside.

Cookie:
Cream butter and 3 tbs powdered sugar.  Add flour and mix well. Roll out to 1/8" thickness. Use mini heart shape cookie cutter to cut out cookies. Bake @ 325º F for 20 min. Cool and dip tops in glaze. Allow to dry before storing.
 
These melt in your mouth and are a perfect for Valentine treat!
