Recipe Of The Week - Easy Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs Beef Stew Meat
  • 1-2 tbs Oil
  • 2 Cans Cream Of Chicken
  • 2 Envelopes Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 -1/2 Cans Water 
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions

Lightly brown stew meat in oil. Place in crock pot. Mix in soups and water. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. Serve over potoatoes or rice.
