Recipe Of The Week - French Breakfast Puffs

Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Butter Flavored Crisco
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/2 Cup Milk Topping
- 2 Sticks Butter - Melted
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon.
Directions
Mix Crisco, Sugar and Egg. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to mixture alternately with milk. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Immediately roll in butter, then sugar and cinnamon mixture. These are really yummy for breakfast!
