Recipe of the Week - Slushy Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
- 6 oz. Apricot Nectar
- 8 oz. Crushed Pineapple
- 3 Chopped Bananas
- 2 Cups Sliced, Frozen Peaches
- 2 Kiwi
- 1 15 oz. Can Mandarin Oranges
- 2 Cups Sliced Frozen Strawberries
- 6 oz. Frozen Blueberries
Directions
Dissolve sugar in water, add next 7 ingredients. Put in freezer, stirring occasionally. When slushy add frozen strawberries and blueberries, careful to prevent discoloring. This can be put into individual serving containers or left in bowl. Return to freezer til 30 minutes before serving.
