Recipe Of The Week - Bar-B-Que Burgers

SAUCE
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Molasses
- 1 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Liquid Smoke
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Directions
In saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Set aside 1 cup of sauce to serve with burgers.
BURGERS
Ingredients
- 1 Egg, Beaten
- 1/3 Cup Oats
- 1/4 Tsp Onion Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 Lb Ground Beef
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Add 1/4 cup of remaining bar-b-que sauce. Mix well. Shape into 6-8 patties. Grill, basting with 1/2 cup bar-b-que sauce during last 5 minutes. Serve on buns with toppings of your choice and reserved bar-b-que sauce.
