Recipe Of The Week - White BBQ Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 LBS BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN TENDERLOIN
  • 1 1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE 
  • 1/4 OIL 
  • 1/4 LIME JUICE 
  • 1/4 CUP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE 
  • 1 TBLS. BLK. PEPPER 
  • 1 TBLS. SALT 
  • 1/8 VINEGAR 
  • 2 TBS.MINCED DRIED ONION 
  • 1/4 CUP SUGAR 
  • 1TBLS.CHOPPED GARLIC 
  • 1/2 tsp.CAYENNE PEPPER

Directions
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, EXCEPT CHICKEN. RESERVE 1 CUP SAUCE TO SERVE WITH CHICKEN. POUR REMAINDER OVER CHICKEN AND MARINATE FOR 1-2 HRS. GRILL CHICKEN, TURNING OFTEN AND BRUSHING WITH MARINADE. THIS IS GREAT!
