Recipe Of The Week - White BBQ Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 LBS BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN TENDERLOIN
- 1 1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 1/4 OIL
- 1/4 LIME JUICE
- 1/4 CUP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1 TBLS. BLK. PEPPER
- 1 TBLS. SALT
- 1/8 VINEGAR
- 2 TBS.MINCED DRIED ONION
- 1/4 CUP SUGAR
- 1TBLS.CHOPPED GARLIC
- 1/2 tsp.CAYENNE PEPPER
Directions
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, EXCEPT CHICKEN. RESERVE 1 CUP SAUCE TO SERVE WITH CHICKEN. POUR REMAINDER OVER CHICKEN AND MARINATE FOR 1-2 HRS. GRILL CHICKEN, TURNING OFTEN AND BRUSHING WITH MARINADE. THIS IS GREAT!
