Recipe of the Week - Bean & Bacon Burger

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Tbs. Minced Onion
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Can Bean & Bacon Soup
  • 1 Tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • 6 Hamburger Buns, Split and Toasted

DIRECTIONS

Brown hamburger meat with onion, salt and pepper. Add soup, chili powder and ketchup. Simmer till heated through. Spread on buns and sprinkle with cheese. Broil until melted. Put tops on and enjoy!
