Recipe of the Week - Fried Apples

INGREDIENTS

  • 6-8 Apples, Peeled & Cored
  • 4 Tbs. Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tsp. Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Melt butter in skillet. Slice apples on top. Cover and cook until tender. Sprinkle on sugar and cinnamon. Keep warm until serving time.
