Recipe of the Week - Fried Apples

INGREDIENTS
- 6-8 Apples, Peeled & Cored
- 4 Tbs. Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tsp. Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in skillet. Slice apples on top. Cover and cook until tender. Sprinkle on sugar and cinnamon. Keep warm until serving time.
