Recipe of the Week - Busy Day Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1-15 oz. Can Black Beans
  • 2-11 oz. Can Mexi Corn
  • 1-16 oz. Jar Salsa
  • 1 Medium Onion - Chopped

Directions

Place chicken in crockpot. Pour remaining ingredients over all. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Shred chicken before serving. Serve with tortillas or tortilla chips, lettuce, and additional salsa and sour cream.
