Recipe of the Week - Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 lb. Potatoes
  • 2 (3 oz.) Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp. Onion Salt
  • 1/2 tsp.> Black Pepper
  • 4 tbs. Butter

Directions

Cook peeled potatoes in boiling water and drain.  Mash until smooth.  Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.  Put in casserole and dot with butter.  Put in fridge and use anytime within two weeks. 

To Serve

Bake @ 350* for 25 minutes.
