Recipe of the Week - Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs. Chicken Tenderloin
Marinade:
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbs. Sherry Cooking Wine
  • 2 Tbs. Minced Garlic


Directions

Pour marinade over chicken and let sit for 30-60 minutes. Grill for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Use this for chicken wraps, salad or add a baked potato for a healthy meal. This is a super good marinade for all kinds of meat.
