Recipe Of The Week - Early Riser Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 1 tbs. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup margarine (melted)
- 3/4 cup cooked sausage
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and mustard. Combine egg, milk and butter, stir into dry ingredients, just until moistened. Fold in sausage and cheese. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake @ 400* for 20-25 minutes.
